  1. Collaborate with project managers and team members to develop and maintain project schedules and timelines.
  2. Monitor project progress and identify potential scheduling risks and roadblocks.
  3. Proactively communicate any delays or issues to the team and stakeholders.
  4. Conduct regular schedule analysis and provide recommendations for improvements.
  5. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project schedules.
  6. Develop and maintain project planning documents and templates.
  7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to project planning and scheduling.
  8. Continuously seek opportunities to streamline and improve scheduling processes.
  9. Support the project management team in resource allocation and capacity planning.
  10. Act as a point of contact for project scheduling inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  11. Assist in the preparation of project progress reports and presentations.
  12. Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into project planning and scheduling processes.
  13. Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement strategies to meet project deadlines.
  14. Participate in project meetings and provide input on scheduling-related matters.
  15. Uphold a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all scheduling tasks.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Planning And Scheduling, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Proficiency In Using Software Tools Such As Microsoft Project, Sap, And Primavera.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Scheduling Conflicts.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment And Interact With Stakeholders At All Levels.
