  2. Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with company standards and identify potential risks.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement contract strategies.
  4. Maintain accurate and organized contract files and documentation.
  5. Communicate with suppliers to resolve any contract-related issues or disputes.
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in contract management.
  7. Provide support and guidance to contract management team members.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
  9. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to contract management.
  10. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on contract performance and progress.
  11. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  12. Participate in contract review meetings and provide insights and recommendations.
  13. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all contracts.
  14. Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve contract management processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Contract Management Or Procurement, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Contract Terms And Conditions, As Well As Government Regulations And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Negotiate And Manage Relationships With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Contract Management Software, With The Ability To Analyze Data And Generate Reports.
