  1. Design, develop, and implement tools that support our production processes to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand tool requirements and develop solutions that meet the needs of the business.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements in the aerospace industry and use this knowledge to continuously improve our tools and processes.
  4. Conduct thorough testing and validation of tools to ensure they meet performance and safety standards.
  5. Analyze data and provide insights to identify areas for improvement and optimize tool functionality.
  6. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues or bugs with existing tools, and implement solutions to resolve them.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for tools, including user manuals and training materials.
  8. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source necessary components or materials for tools.
  9. Monitor and track tool usage and performance, and make recommendations for upgrades or replacements as needed.
  10. Mentor and train new team members on tool design, development, and implementation processes.
  11. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with tools and equipment.
  12. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on tool development progress, challenges, and successes.
  13. Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of tool development projects.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and follow company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute ideas for innovative solutions to support the company's mission.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, And Python.

  • 2+ Years Of Experience In Tools Development, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Software Development Methodologies And Best Practices.

  • Familiarity With Aerospace Tools And Systems, Such As Cad/Cam Software And Simulation Tools.
