  1. Perform assembly tasks according to detailed instructions, blueprints, and specifications.

  3. Utilize various hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks.
  4. Inspect and test assembled parts to ensure they meet safety and performance requirements.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process.
  6. Maintain and update assembly logs and reports to track progress and identify any areas for improvement.
  7. Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of assembly tasks.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize assembly processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and incorporate new techniques and technologies into assembly processes.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
  12. Communicate any potential issues or concerns to supervisors in a timely manner.
  13. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  14. Train and mentor new assembly mechanics as needed.
  15. Promote a positive and collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience Working As An Assembly Mechanic, Preferably In The Aerospace Industry.

  • Knowledge Of Assembly Processes And Procedures, Such As Blueprint Reading, Torqueing, And Fastening Techniques.

  • Familiarity With Various Assembly Tools And Equipment, Including Hand Tools, Power Tools, And Precision Measuring Instruments.

  • Ability To Interpret And Follow Technical Manuals And Instructions, As Well As Troubleshoot And Solve Mechanical Problems.

  • Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced, Team-Oriented Environment.
