Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Rf Engineering, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Antenna Design, Analysis, Testing, And Integration Processes.
Proficiency In Using Rf Simulation And Design Tools Such As Hfss, Cst, And Ads.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Lead A Team And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
