  • Design, develop, and test hardware components for complex electronic systems.
  • Ensure the reliability and performance of hardware components in demanding environments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for aerospace and defense products.
  • Conduct system-level design, circuit analysis, and simulation using industry-standard tools.
  • Provide technical expertise and support to project teams throughout the product development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in analog and power electronics technology.
  • Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, test procedures, and results.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to select and procure necessary components.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers on hardware design best practices and techniques.
  • Adhere to safety standards and regulations in all design and testing processes.
  • Continuously improve and optimize hardware designs to meet performance and cost targets.
  • Demonstrate a strong sense of accountability and responsibility in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Analog And Power Electronics Design.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Regulations For Analog And Power Electronics Systems.

  • Experience With Simulation Tools Such As Spice And Hardware Design Tools Such As Altium.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Work In A Team Environment.
