- Lead and manage airframe service engineering projects to ensure the safety and efficiency of Boeing's aircrafts.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve airframe service engineering processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Or Mechanical Engineering: A Strong Educational Background In Engineering Is Essential For An Airframe Service Engineering Manager At Boeing. This Degree Equips Individuals With The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Effectively Manage And Oversee The Maintenance And Repair Of Aircraft Airframes.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Aircraft Maintenance: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Aircraft Airframe Systems And Components. A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Aircraft Maintenance, Preferably With A Focus On Airframes, Is Necessary To Effectively Lead A Team Of Engineers And Technicians In This Role.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills: As An Airframe Service Engineering Manager, One Must Be Able To Effectively Lead A Team Of Engineers And Technicians To Ensure The Timely And Efficient Maintenance And Repair Of Aircraft Airframes. Knowledge Of Faa Regulations And Safety Standards: Boeing Operates Under Strict Safety Regulations Set By The Federal Aviation Administration (Faa).
