  1. Conduct in-depth research and analysis on aerodynamic principles and their application to aircraft design.
  2. Develop and implement new and innovative aerodynamic designs and solutions to improve aircraft performance and safety.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, and pilots to ensure successful integration of aerodynamic components into aircraft systems.
  4. Perform wind tunnel testing, flight simulations, and other evaluations to verify and validate aerodynamic designs.
  5. Utilize advanced software and tools to model, analyze, and optimize aircraft stability and control.
  6. Identify potential risks and issues related to aerodynamics and recommend solutions to mitigate them.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on aerodynamic stability and control for internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and regulations related to aerodynamics and incorporate them into design processes.
  9. Participate in meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise and recommendations.
  10. Collaborate with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with Boeing's standards and specifications.
  11. Mentor and train junior engineers on aerodynamics principles and best practices.
  12. Continuously improve and streamline aerodynamics processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Adhere to strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure the highest level of safety for Boeing's aircraft.
  14. Maintain accurate documentation and records of all aerodynamics related activities and findings.
  15. Represent Boeing in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Knowledge And Experience In Aerodynamics, Flight Dynamics, And Stability And Control Principles.

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software For Aerodynamic Analysis And Simulation, Such As Ansys Fluent Or Cfd++.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Recommendations For Aircraft Design Improvements.

  • Experience With Aircraft Design And Testing, Including Wind Tunnel Testing And Flight Test Data Analysis.
