
Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) & Statistical Process Control (SPC) Engineer
Partners with subject matter experts to conduct Quality reviews focused on APQP application to new programs, changes, work movements & new technologies and ensure early quality involvement / APQP execution. Leads / assists teams to use APQP methods & tools on projects. Instructs APQP training, leading multi-function, multi-site groups in the use of APQP tools. Assists in developing company directives, policies, processes, procedures and metrics to assure APQP application success. Leads stakeholders in analysis of product & process data, metrics, models and flows to proactively prevent problems and support APQP & RCCA projects.
3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
1+ years of experience leading and executing Advance Product Quality Planning Activities (APQP)
Production engineering or design engineering experience
