Electric Propulsion Lead

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Electric Propulsion Lead to join the Blue Origin team in Kent, Washington. In this role, you will lead a team of propulsion engineers to develop and certify electric propulsion systems. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with the right combination of technical expertise, leadership, and creative problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering plus 5+ years of experience in electric propulsion development and/or certification. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in electric propulsion system design, integration, certification, and testing. A deep understanding of propulsion system architecture and components, along with the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team, are essential for success in this role.
