Job Description

In this role, you will play an integral part in creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers by providing top-notch gift wrapping and packaging services.   1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and addressing any concerns related to gift wrapping and packaging.
  2. Ensure all items are properly wrapped and packed according to Bloomingdale's standards and procedures.
  3. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including keeping all wrapping and packaging supplies fully stocked.
  4. Work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet customer demand and deadlines.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure all customer orders are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
  6. Communicate effectively with customers to understand their specific gift wrapping and packaging preferences.
  7. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
  8. Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety protocols, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  9. Continuously strive to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the gift wrapping and packaging process.
  10. Attend training and development sessions to stay updated on new products, procedures, and techniques.
  11. Assist with other tasks and projects as needed, including restocking merchandise and maintaining displays.
  12. Demonstrate a positive and friendly attitude towards customers and team members at all times.
  13. Responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail in all gift wrapping and packaging services.
  14. Follow all Bloomingdale's brand standards and guidelines to maintain a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  15. Adapt to changing business needs and priorities to meet customer demand and ensure customer satisfaction.
