- Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to create and execute visually appealing displays throughout the store.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring that all displays are properly stocked and maintained.
- Assist with the implementation of seasonal and promotional displays, following brand guidelines and standards.
- Regularly communicate with the visual merchandising team to ensure visual standards are upheld and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Utilize creativity and a strong eye for detail to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
- Continuously monitor and adjust displays to ensure they are visually appealing, seasonally relevant, and reflective of current trends.
- Support the visual merchandising team in setting up and executing special events and promotions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and visual merchandising best practices to ensure displays are innovative and on-trend.
- Assist in the training and development of new team members on visual merchandising techniques and standards.
- Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall visual aesthetic of the store to provide an unmatched shopping experience for customers.
Strong Knowledge Of Visual Merchandising Techniques: A Successful Visual Support Associate At Bloomingdale's Should Possess A Thorough Understanding Of Visual Merchandising Principles And Techniques, Including Color Theory, Product Placement, And Window Displays.
