1. Assist in maintaining and updating visual display standards throughout the store to ensure a visually appealing and cohesive shopping experience for customers.
2. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to execute and implement seasonal and promotional displays.
3. Ensure accurate and timely execution of visual directives and product placement according to company guidelines.
4. Support the visual merchandising team in setting up and executing in-store events and window displays.
5. Maintain a thorough understanding of current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
6. Collaborate with sales associates to ensure product knowledge and proper presentation on the sales floor.
7. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
8. Assist in inventory management and organization of visual supplies and tools.
9. Uphold visual cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store.
10. Continuously seek out ways to improve the visual presentation and overall shopping experience for customers.
11. Train and mentor new visual support associates as needed.
12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
13. Adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment.
14. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding visual needs and updates.
