  1. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent within the organization.
  2. Identify training and development needs for employees and create programs to address those needs.
  3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
  4. Collaborate with department managers to identify high-potential employees and create opportunities for their advancement.
  5. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other development programs for employees.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent performance and development, and incorporate them into the organization's practices.
  7. Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on career development and progression opportunities.
  8. Monitor and track employee progress and development, and provide regular reports to management.
  9. Participate in the recruitment and selection process, ensuring that the best candidates are hired.
  10. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that encourages employee growth and development.
  11. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement in talent performance and development processes.
  12. Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in talent development initiatives.
  13. Serve as a mentor and coach to employees, offering guidance and support in their professional development.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve talent development programs and initiatives based on feedback and results.
  15. Communicate and promote the organization's values and culture to employees, fostering a positive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Performance And Development, Preferably In A Retail Or Fashion Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Talent Management Principles And Best Practices, Including Performance Management, Succession Planning, And Leadership Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Experience With Developing And Implementing Training Programs, Assessing Employee Performance, And Conducting Talent Assessments And Reviews.
