  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  2. Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to department managers, providing guidance and support on all HR-related matters.
  3. Work closely with the HR team to design and implement employee development programs, ensuring our employees have the skills and resources they need to succeed.
  4. Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  5. Conduct regular training and development sessions for managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in employment laws and regulations, and ensure the company's compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  7. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, interviewing, and onboarding.
  8. Collaborate with the compensation and benefits team to ensure competitive and fair compensation packages for employees.
  9. Manage and maintain HR records and systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  10. Serve as a point of contact for employees on all HR-related inquiries, providing excellent customer service and timely resolution of issues.
  11. Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve HR processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the organization.
  14. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Bloomingdale's culture and values to attract and retain top talent.
  15. Uphold the company's standards of excellence in all interactions and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Human Resources Business Partner Role, Preferably In The Retail Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Policies, Procedures, And Best Practices, Including Employee Relations, Performance Management, And Talent Acquisition.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Data And Make Informed Decisions, As Well As Experience Implementing Hr Initiatives And Programs To Drive Business Results.
