  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter Bloomingdale's, creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for all visitors.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions, concerns, or needs that customers may have.
  3. Maintain a thorough knowledge of Bloomingdale's products, services, and promotions in order to accurately assist customers and make recommendations.
  4. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
  5. Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing by restocking shelves, folding merchandise, and maintaining displays.
  6. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and company policies.
  7. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.
  8. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner, escalating to a manager if necessary.
  9. Proactively approach customers and offer assistance, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security measures.
  11. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, representing Bloomingdale's brand and values.
  12. Take ownership of customer inquiries and follow through until they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
