We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our Fine Jewelry department. As a Sales Associate, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills while working with some of the most coveted brands in the industry.   1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
  3. Provide in-depth product knowledge and educate customers on the features and benefits of luxury goods.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and utilizing effective sales techniques.
  5. Utilize the company's POS system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  6. Stay up-to-date on current and upcoming trends in the luxury goods and jewelry industry.
  7. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and merchandise displays.
  8. Collaborate with team members and department managers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  9. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  10. Attend and participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
  12. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and department sales goals.
  13. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.
  14. Keep accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
  15. Demonstrate a commitment to excellent customer service by going above and beyond for customers.
