  1. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments accurately and efficiently.
  2. Inspect merchandise for quality and ensure it matches the corresponding purchase orders.
  3. Organize and stock merchandise in designated areas.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of received and processed merchandise.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and accurate processing of merchandise.
  6. Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and identifying any discrepancies.
  7. Communicate effectively with other departments and external vendors to resolve any shipment issues.
  8. Ensure all merchandise is tagged and labeled correctly for easy identification.
  9. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while handling merchandise.
  10. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns from customers.
  11. Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
  12. Assist with other tasks as assigned by the Receiving Manager.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
  14. Continuously strive to improve receiving processes and suggest ideas for efficiency.
  15. Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings as required.
