1. Receive and process incoming merchandise shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Inspect merchandise for quality and any damages, and report any issues to management.
3. Organize and maintain stockroom inventory, ensuring all items are properly labeled, tagged, and stored.
4. Collaborate with sales associates to fulfill in-store and online orders.
5. Assist in floor moves and replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor.
6. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
7. Use computer systems to track inventory and update stock levels.
8. Communicate effectively with management and team members to ensure smooth operation of the receiving process.
9. Assist with inventory counts and audits as needed.
10. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns.

12. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations.
13. Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to receiving and stockroom management.
