  1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Bloomingdale's customers.
  2. Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers.
  3. Assist customers with finding merchandise and completing purchases.
  4. Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and products.
  5. Keep the store clean and organized at all times.
  6. Restock merchandise as needed and ensure proper display.
  7. Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  9. Support and contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  10. Actively seek out opportunities to improve and enhance the customer shopping experience.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Retail Experience: A Candidate For The Outlet Team Associate Position Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Similar Role. This Demonstrates An Understanding Of Customer Service, Sales, And Store Operations.

This Quality Is Also Important For Providing Excellent Customer Service By Ensuring That Merchandise Is Displayed Neatly And In The Correct Location.

  • Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: The Retail Industry Can Be Fast-Paced And Demanding, Especially During Busy Shopping Seasons. A Candidate For This Role Should Be Able To Work Efficiently And Handle Multiple Tasks Simultaneously, While Maintaining A Positive Attitude.

  • Flexibility And Adaptability: As An Outlet Team Associate, The Candidate Must Be Willing To Work A Variety Of Shifts, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays. They Should Also Be Able To Adapt To Changes In Store Operations, Merchandise, And Customer Needs.
