Previous Retail Experience: Ideally, A Merchandising Support Associate At Bloomingdale's Should Have Previous Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Merchandising Or Inventory Management Role. This Will Give Them A Better Understanding Of The Industry And The Store's Processes.
