- Maintain the overall cleanliness and appearance of the store, including the fitting rooms and restrooms.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of promotional events and sales floors.
- Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns related to merchandise or store appearance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to desired products.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to assist customers and make product recommendations.
- Handle and process merchandise returns and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
