- Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to meet sales goals.
- Create and maintain an inviting and visually appealing shopping environment in the Women's Shoes department to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to ensure proper display and placement of merchandise in accordance with company standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote repeat business and increase customer loyalty.
- Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and industry developments to provide expert knowledge and fashion advice to customers.
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to sales associates to ensure a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with other department managers to create a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the Women's Shoes department.
