- Collaborate with other departments to create and execute cross-selling and promotional opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to senior management.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about changes in the cosmetics industry.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising standards.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for sales associates to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing, manage inventory levels, and ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
- Represent the company and the cosmetics department at events, trade shows, and other promotional opportunities.

Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Manager Who Can Effectively Lead A Team Of Sales Associates, Motivate Them To Achieve Sales Targets, And Provide Guidance And Support To Help Them Improve Their Performance.
