In this role, you will oversee the sales team and drive revenue growth, while providing exceptional customer service.   1. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase customer satisfaction.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments.
  4. Train and mentor sales associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
  5. Create and maintain an inviting and luxurious shopping environment for customers.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business and generate new sales leads.
  7. Collaborate with other department managers to ensure a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively assist customers and make recommendations.
  10. Develop and implement strategies to motivate and incentivize sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales goals.
  11. Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock and minimize loss.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales team.
  13. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Act as a role model for the sales team, demonstrating exceptional customer service and sales skills.
  15. Collaborate with upper management to develop and implement company-wide strategies for growth and success.
