Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Customers And Colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Loyalty Analysis And Customer Relationship Management.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Data Analysis Tools Such As Sql And Excel.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Loyalty Programs And Strategies To Increase Customer Retention And Drive Sales.
