Manager, Asset Protection

We are looking for an experienced, results-driven individual to join our team as a Manager, Asset Protection at Bloomingdale’s. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to protect the Company’s assets, including intellectual property, physical property, and personnel, while maintaining a safe and secure shopping environment.The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive knowledge of the retail asset protection field and a passion for customer service. They must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be highly organized, and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. They will need to be able to think analytically and have a strong understanding of loss prevention and safety principles.We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly motivated to ensure the highest level of protection for all of Bloomingdale’s assets. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategies to protect the Company’s assets, including intellectual property, physical property, and personnel.
2. Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment.
3. Ensure the highest level of protection for all of Bloomingdale’s assets.
4. Train and manage a team of asset protection personnel.
5. Monitor CCTV footage and report any suspicious activities to the relevant authorities.
6. Investigate incidents of theft and other security breaches.
7. Analyze trends, patterns, and data to identify areas of potential risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
8. Develop and implement asset protection policies and procedures.
9. Work with local law enforcement to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
10. Liaise with internal teams to ensure effective risk management measures are in place.
