They will be responsible for creating and overseeing a proactive approach to loss prevention, analyzing and evaluating shoplifting incidents, and leading initiatives to reduce theft and shrinkage.We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of two years of experience in a retail loss prevention environment, a proven track record of success, and a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of retail loss prevention operations, procedures, and regulations. They will be outgoing and able to build strong relationships with store associates, customers, and law enforcement personnel.
