Job Description

At Bloomingdale's, we are looking for an experienced and highly organized Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Human Resources team, providing effective HR support to our employees. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in a Human Resources role and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. He or she will be highly organized, with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels. We are looking for an individual with a positive attitude, who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service and is committed to helping the organization reach its fullest potential.
