  1. Greet and welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  2. Provide excellent customer service by actively engaging with customers and addressing their needs and concerns.
  3. Serve as a brand ambassador for Bloomingdale's, promoting our luxury retail experience.
  4. Ensure that all customers receive personalized and exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.
  5. Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the store to ensure a visually appealing and inviting environment.
  6. Train and mentor team members on customer service standards and best practices.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends, products, and services in order to provide accurate and knowledgeable information to customers.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  10. Stay organized and manage multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining a positive attitude.
  11. Assist with inventory management, restocking, and visual merchandising as needed.
  12. Uphold company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve the overall customer experience and provide feedback to management.
