  1. Greet and welcome guests to Bloomingdale's in a warm and friendly manner.
  2. Provide exceptional and personalized service to all guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of Guest Experience associates to deliver the highest level of service.
  4. Train and coach associates on guest service standards and company policies.
  5. Monitor and maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.
  6. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for guests.
  8. Stay updated on current fashion and retail trends to better assist guests with their shopping needs.
  9. Assist in managing guest services programs, such as personal shopping and special events.
  10. Maintain accurate records and reports on guest interactions and feedback.
  11. Act as a role model for exceptional guest service, setting the standard for all associates.
  12. Continuously look for ways to improve the guest experience and provide feedback to management.
  13. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  14. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  15. Assist in other areas of the store as needed.
