  1. Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  2. Serve as the main point of contact for all customer inquiries and concerns, addressing and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Train and mentor team members on customer service best practices to ensure a consistent and exceptional guest experience.
  4. Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to exceed guest expectations.
  5. Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, regardless of their background or needs.
  6. Monitor and evaluate the customer experience, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
  7. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and merchandising, to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for customers.
  8. Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and store promotions to effectively assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
  9. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, utilizing problem-solving skills and empathy to find a satisfactory resolution.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized store environment, ensuring a visually appealing and comfortable space for customers to shop in.
