Fulfillment Support Supervisor

- Oversee and manage a team of fulfillment support associates to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders.
- Train and develop team members on best practices for efficient and effective order fulfillment.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure product availability for online orders.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as customer service and shipping, to resolve any issues or delays in order fulfillment.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to streamline fulfillment operations.
- Monitor and analyze fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Lead by example and provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
- Motivate and inspire team members to meet and exceed performance goals.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments and teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Stay updated on industry and market trends and make recommendations for improvements to the fulfillment process.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the fulfillment process.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment within the fulfillment team.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
Retail Experience: A Fulfillment Support Supervisor At Bloomingdale's Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Supervisory Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Logistics, And Customer Service.
Leadership Skills: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Fulfillment Support Associates. They Should Be Able To Motivate And Guide Their Team Towards Achieving Set Goals And Targets.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are A Must For This Role. The Fulfillment Support Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Various Teams Within The Organization, As Well As External Partners, To Ensure Efficient And Timely Fulfillment Of Orders.
Organizational Skills: As A Key Member Of The Fulfillment Team, The Supervisor Should Be Highly Organized And Able To Multitask Effectively. They Should Be Able To Prioritize Tasks And Delegate Responsibilities To Ensure Smooth Operation Of The Fulfillment Process.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The Fulfillment Support Supervisor Should Possess Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Be Able To Think On Their Feet. They Should Be Able To Identify And Resolve Any Issues That Arise During The Fulfillment Process, And Implement Solutions To Improve Efficiency.
