  1. Oversee a team of fulfillment support associates and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient and accurate processing of online orders and shipments.
  2. Monitor and track daily fulfillment operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping, to meet customer service level agreements.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfillment processes and procedures, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, warehouse, and transportation, to resolve any fulfillment related issues and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  5. Create and maintain schedules for fulfillment support team, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  6. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
  7. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of fulfillment operations, including order processing, inventory management, and shipping.
  8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulations related to fulfillment operations.
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting open communication, teamwork, and a strong customer service focus.
  10. Act as a point of contact for any escalations or issues related to fulfillment operations, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  11. Stay current with industry trends and developments in fulfillment operations, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
  12. Train and mentor new fulfillment support associates, providing guidance and support to help them succeed in their roles.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Fulfillment Or Warehouse Operations, With At Least 1-2 Years In A Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Fulfillment Support Associates.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Proficient In Inventory Management And Fulfillment Software, Such As Sap Or Wms.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Performance Metrics, Such As Productivity And Accuracy Rates.
