- Lead and motivate a team of fulfillment support associates to deliver exceptional service to our customers.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of online orders.
- Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless flow of operations and timely delivery of orders.
- Implement and maintain processes and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity of the fulfillment center.
- Monitor and track fulfillment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase performance.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the fulfillment process and customer experience.
- Handle any escalated customer inquiries or concerns, and provide timely and effective resolutions.

Previous Supervisory Experience: A Successful Fulfillment Support Supervisor At Bloomingdale's Should Have Prior Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or Fulfillment Environment. This Experience Should Demonstrate Strong Leadership Skills, The Ability To Manage A Team, And Effectively Delegate Tasks.
Knowledge Of Fulfillment Operations: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Fulfillment Operations, Including Order Processing, Inventory Management, And Shipping Procedures. This Knowledge Will Be Essential In Overseeing The Day-To-Day Operations Of The Fulfillment Support Team.
