  • Oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment center, ensuring timely and accurate order processing and delivery to customers.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of fulfillment associates.
  • Set and communicate daily goals and priorities to the team, ensuring each associate understands their role and responsibilities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments as needed to meet or exceed productivity and service level goals.
  • Foster a customer-centric mindset within the team, emphasizing the importance of delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment, enforcing all safety protocols and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and customer service, to ensure a seamless and efficient fulfillment process.
  • Train and onboard new team members, providing them with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Identify areas for growth and development within the team, and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with management and other departments to provide updates on fulfillment center operations and address any issues or concerns.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, and proactively implement new strategies to improve fulfillment processes.
  • Lead by example and maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role, Preferably In A Retail Or E-Commerce Fulfillment Environment.

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team.

  • Proficient In Warehouse Management Systems, Order Processing Software, And Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Handle Customer Inquiries And Resolve Escalated Issues.

  • Knowledge Of Fulfillment Operations And Processes, Including Inventory Management, Order Fulfillment, And Shipping Procedures.
