As the Fulfillment Support Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of fulfillment associates and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of orders. This role requires strong multitasking skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.   1. Oversee the daily operations of the fulfillment department to ensure efficient and accurate processing of orders.
  2. Monitor and manage the performance of a team of fulfillment associates, providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Implement and maintain procedures and protocols for order processing, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  4. Train and onboard new fulfillment associates, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of their roles and responsibilities.
  5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  6. Communicate with customers regarding order status and resolve any fulfillment-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed.
  8. Collaborate with other supervisors and department heads to improve overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  9. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  10. Serve as a role model for exceptional customer service, leading by example and motivating team members to do the same.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for process improvements and implementing them as needed.
  12. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and positive work environment for all team members.

Job Qualifications
  • At Least 3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Retail Or Customer Service Environment.
