- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales and enhance the overall customer experience in the flagship store's luxury department.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Flagship Shopping Services and Luxury Selling teams, including staffing, scheduling, and training.
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and make appropriate adjustments to improve performance.
- Build and maintain relationships with luxury brands and vendors, negotiating favorable terms and securing exclusive partnerships.
- Create and maintain a positive and productive work environment for team members, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and visual merchandising, to develop and execute sales and promotional strategies that align with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to maintain a safe and ethical work environment.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to team members to foster their professional development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in luxury retail, and use this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in the flagship store.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences, networking and building relationships with key stakeholders to promote the brand and drive business growth.
Extensive Experience In Luxury Retail: The Ideal Candidate For This Position Should Have A Strong Background In Luxury Retail, With A Proven Track Record Of Success In Managing High-End Shopping Services And Luxury Selling.

This Will Enable Them To Curate The Right Merchandise Mix And Provide An Exceptional Shopping Experience For Customers.
