In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of beauty advisors and driving sales at our cosmetics counter.   1. Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors at the cosmetics counter.
  2. Drive sales and meet sales targets for the cosmetics counter.
  3. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue.
  4. Train and mentor team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service.
  5. Create a welcoming and inviting atmosphere for customers at the cosmetics counter.
  6. Ensure that all team members provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current beauty trends and products to effectively advise customers and team members.
  8. Monitor and maintain inventory levels at the cosmetics counter.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute promotional events and initiatives.
  10. Handle and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
  11. Communicate effectively with upper management regarding sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
  12. Maintain a clean and organized cosmetics counter according to company standards.
  13. Assist with hiring and training new team members as needed.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and enhance the overall performance of the cosmetics counter.

Job Qualifications
