  1. Manage and lead a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.
  2. Create and maintain a positive and welcoming environment for both customers and team members.
  3. Train and develop team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
  5. Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about current and upcoming beauty trends and products.
  6. Collaborate with other department managers to create a cohesive and seamless shopping experience for customers.
  7. Maintain inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation and organization.
  8. Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  9. Uphold company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling and loss prevention measures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and competitors' products and services.
  11. Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members.
  12. Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes teamwork, creativity, and growth.
  14. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines for cosmetics products and services.
  15. Continuously strive to improve the overall customer experience and maintain Bloomingdale's reputation as a leader in luxury retail.

Job Qualifications
  • Previous Experience In A Retail Or Cosmetics Sales Role, With A Minimum Of 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Position.

  • Strong Knowledge Of The Cosmetics Industry, Including Trends, Products, And Brands.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients.

  • Proven Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets, With A Track Record Of Driving Sales And Increasing Profitability.

  • Flexibility To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays, As Needed In A Fast-Paced Retail Environment.
