- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are well-stocked and displayed effectively.

- Collaborate with other departments and participate in store-wide events and initiatives.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory management, cash handling, and loss prevention.
- Continuously seek ways to improve the cosmetics department's performance and implement new ideas and processes.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Bloomingdale's and maintain a professional image at all times.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
Experience In Retail Sales: Candidates For A Cosmetics Counter Manager Position At Bloomingdale's Should Have A Strong Background In Retail Sales, Preferably In A Cosmetics Or Beauty Industry Setting. This Includes A Proven Track Record Of Meeting Sales Goals And Driving Revenue Growth.
