  1. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and welcoming customers to Bloomingdale's and the Tom Ford brand.
  2. Use extensive knowledge and understanding of the Tom Ford brand to provide personalized and expert recommendations to customers.
  3. Actively engage with customers to build relationships and promote brand loyalty.
  4. Meet and exceed sales goals by effectively promoting and selling Tom Ford products.
  5. Demonstrate a passion for all things beauty and keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
  6. Create a welcoming and visually appealing environment for customers in the cosmetics section.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  8. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  9. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cosmetics section, including product displays and inventory management.
  10. Uphold Bloomingdale's brand standards and policies at all times.
  11. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner.
  12. Act as a brand ambassador for Tom Ford and represent the brand with the utmost professionalism and enthusiasm.
