As a Commission Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our loyal clientele.   1. Greet and welcome customers to Bloomingdale's in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, styling advice, and completing transactions.
  3. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers and promoting Bloomingdale's products.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
  5. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively sell merchandise.
  6. Utilize strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
  7. Collaborate with team members to create a positive and productive work environment.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor to create an inviting shopping experience for customers.
  9. Meet and exceed personal sales targets while contributing to the overall sales goals of the store.
  10. Consistently provide excellent customer service, even during busy and high-stress periods.
  11. Maintain a strong understanding of Bloomingdale's policies and procedures.
  12. Continuously develop and improve sales techniques to increase productivity and sales performance.
  13. Collaborate with management to identify and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  14. Attend training sessions and product knowledge seminars to stay updated on new products and sales techniques.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including cash handling and loss prevention measures.
