2. Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, providing expert styling advice and suggesting additional items to enhance their purchases.
3. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively engaging with customers, building relationships, and promoting products.
4. Stay up-to-date on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively guide customers towards their desired purchases.
5. Utilize strong communication skills to convey product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
6. Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
7. Maintain a visually appealing and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and keeping displays neat and tidy.
8. Collaborate with team members to achieve overall sales and customer service goals.
9. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or inquiries.
10. Act as a brand ambassador for Bloomingdale's, consistently representing the company in a professional and positive manner.
11. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
12. Actively seek out and engage with potential customers, including following up with leads and utilizing customer databases.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to dress code, attendance, and punctuality.
14. Continuously strive to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
