- Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Bloomingdale's products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Stay informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge in order to effectively assist customers and make personalized recommendations.
- Consistently meet and exceed performance expectations set by management.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Maintain a clean and organized selling floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient shopping experience for customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, customer service standards, loss prevention, and grooming standards.
- Continuously develop and improve personal sales skills through training and feedback from management.
- Attend and actively participate in store meetings and trainings.
- Communicate any customer feedback or concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Represent the Bloomingdale's brand in a professional and positive manner at all times.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and keep up to date on new arrivals and promotions.
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking and organizing merchandise.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Product Knowledge: In Order To Effectively Sell Products, The Candidate Must Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Products Being Sold. This Includes Knowledge Of Features, Benefits, And Pricing, As Well As Being Able To Provide Recommendations And Answer Customer Questions.
