  1. Greet and welcome customers with enthusiasm and professionalism.
  2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer needs and concerns.
  3. Demonstrate a deep knowledge and understanding of fashion trends and Bloomingdale's products.
  4. Utilize sales techniques to promote and sell merchandise, exceeding sales goals and targets.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and brand loyalty.
  6. Continuously stay updated on new products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
  7. Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  8. Collaborate with team members and department managers to coordinate and execute sales events and promotions.
  9. Accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
  10. Actively participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory management, and safety standards.
  12. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
  13. Proactively seek out and resolve any customer issues or concerns.
  14. Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by supporting and respecting team members.
