  1. Greet and welcome clients to Bloomingdale's luxury retail environment.
  2. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to provide exceptional service.
  3. Provide personalized shopping experiences to meet and exceed clients' needs and expectations.
  4. Demonstrate a strong understanding of the luxury retail industry and fashion trends.
  5. Utilize strong sales skills to drive sales and meet or exceed sales goals.
  6. Continuously develop relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and build a loyal client base.
  7. Communicate effectively with clients to provide product knowledge, style advice, and assistance with purchases.
  8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times.
  9. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for clients.
  10. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and events to effectively represent the Bloomingdale's brand.
  11. Proactively seek out opportunities to engage with new and existing clients to drive sales and enhance the client experience.
  12. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
  13. Handle client complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and merchandise displays.
