The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will be a problem-solver who can think on their feet.Required qualifications for this position include a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. A knowledge of retail operations and POS systems is a plus. Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
