Client Specialist

Bloomingdale's is seeking a Client Specialist to join our team and help us to create the ultimate shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate for this role will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and will be a problem-solver who can think on their feet.Required qualifications for this position include a minimum of two years' experience in a customer service role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, and strong attention to detail. A knowledge of retail operations and POS systems is a plus. Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
• Develop and maintain a positive rapport with customers

• Assist customers with their purchases and orders
• Process returns and exchanges
• Handle customer payment transactions
• Monitor inventory and restock shelves as needed
• Maintain clean and organized showrooms
• Use POS systems to process orders and payments
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge
• Remain knowledgeable on current promotions and discounts
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Work with other team members to ensure excellent customer service
