- Lead and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Train and develop sales associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Assist in creating and executing sales plans and promotions to drive business.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as merchandising and marketing, to ensure a cohesive and effective sales strategy.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge on current fashion trends, products, and brands in order to effectively assist customers and drive sales.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer concerns or complaints and finding solutions to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Oversee inventory management and ensure adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Monitor and maintain store standards, including visual merchandising, cleanliness, and organization.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new sales team members.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to sales associates.
- Handle employee scheduling and manage payroll within budget.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to remain competitive and relevant in the market.
- Represent the brand and store in a positive and professional manner at all times.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment for the sales team.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including loss prevention measures.
- Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth and development.
- Other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Management, Sales, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Retail Sales Or Customer Service.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Sales Strategies.
Proficient In Microsoft Office And Other Sales Tracking Software.
