  1. Drive Sales: The primary responsibility of the Assistant Manager, Sales will be to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets set by the company.
  2. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service and have a positive shopping experience at Bloomingdale's.
  3. Lead and Motivate the Sales Team: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve their sales goals, providing guidance, coaching, and support as needed.
  4. Train and Develop Sales Staff: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be responsible for training and developing the sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills to ensure a high level of performance.
  5. Monitor and Analyze Sales Data: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with Other Departments: The Assistant Manager, Sales will work closely with other departments such as merchandising, marketing, and operations to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  7. Set and Maintain Visual Standards: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be responsible for ensuring that the sales floor is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in accordance with company standards.
  8. Demonstrate Product Knowledge: The Assistant Manager, Sales will have a thorough understanding of the products and brands carried by Bloomingdale's and will be able to educate customers and the sales team on their features and benefits.
  9. Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers to enhance their shopping experience and increase customer loyalty.
  10. Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures: The Assistant Manager, Sales will be expected to adhere to all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, inventory control, cash handling, and loss prevention measures.
